Forms to download: Vax Shack will be here next on: Friday, June 9, 2017 between 5PM-7PM. Our low cost vaccines will get your attention pretty quick and save you some money. The Dog Vaccine Package includes the Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. We also offer heart worm testing for just $20. Heart worm prevention costs $25-$35 for a 6 month supply depending on the weight of your dog(s) and type of prevention. Lyme and Lepto vaccines will also be offered as well. We also implant microchips.
